We started ourselves as Dolls House enthusiasts, many, many years ago and have been making and adapting miniatures, when we moved to Lowestoft, we came across the Arts Centre and decided this would be a lovely place to setup our own little shop, which has become very popular with tourists and regular customers also with a passion for miniatures.

All our houses are manufactured with full care and attention to detail and our wide range of affordable miniature accessories allows your collectable hobby to continue to grow with love.

Our Houses are produced and built in the UK and are known for their lasting quality and superb detail, they are supplied in an unpainted kit form.

We aim to provide you with an excellent value at all times and if in the event after you purchase items from Itsy Bitsy Ltd. you are not completely satisfied you may return it to us within 14 days in the original packaging and we will give you a an exchange or full refund excluding the outward postage charge.

This "no quibble" quarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

 We do not want you to accept anything from Itsy Bitsy Ltd. that is not to your satisfaction.  All Dolls House kits are complete with full assembly instructions.  We recommend that you assemble your dolls house kit initially without glue so that you are confident with the assembly procedure. You can then complete the final construction by gluing everything in place.
